This is a review from Hira, a Service Design Manager, Digital Department at Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

Provide examples that describe Ning’s best self.
The example that jumps out at me is when you took on the challenge of designing the feed. It was a massive project that was not only sensitive in nature but also required deep collaboration with partners across the CBC. You actively engaged in learning, listening, seeking feedback, incorporating insights and improving the way you communicate complex concepts.

Describe Ning’s characteristics and behaviours when Ning was at her best.
You were a collaborative, empathetic, and an excellent communicator. You were learning new ways of doing things and you were also teaching others how to think differently.

You were an active listener and you worked with your team to seek input from multiple stakeholders and facilitate difficult conversations.

What strengths and advantages did Ning offer in the examples you mentioned?
Your experience as a designer, your knowledge of CBC, your empathy for others were your strengths.

What about Ning inspired you or others?
Your enthusiasm and passion for design are contagious. You are a community builder and that is inspiring.

How did Ning bring out the best from other individuals and institutions?
You inspired a culture of learning and knowledge sharing. You lead by example and encourage others to do that by practicing what you preach.
